1. Introduction and acceptance

By using this website or requesting or hiring our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or engage our services.

2. Business and services

The website and services are provided by Turf Time AZ. Our office is at 1819 W 3rd St, Tempe, AZ 85281. You can reach us at info@turftimeaz.com or 480-743-1063.

Services may include artificial turf installation, turf maintenance, site evaluation, landscaping preparation and cleanup, and related work described in a written project agreement or quote. Each project has a separate agreement or quote for scope, materials, labor, timing, payment and any warranties.

3. Estimates and payment

Estimates are based on information available at assessment. Costs may change if site conditions or scope change. The final price, payment schedule, deposits and due dates are set out in your project agreement. Any late charges are those specified in that agreement.

If recurring payments are agreed upon, you may authorize storing payment information with a payment provider. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate site information and safe, clear access to the property.
• Remove or secure pets, children, vehicles, furniture and personal property during work.
• Tell us about underground utilities, irrigation lines, septic systems and other hazards.
• Obtain any required HOA approval or other applicable permissions.

5. Warranties and claims

Any workmanship or materials warranty is stated in the project agreement. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the product manufacturer and claims follow its procedures.

The existing terms exclude damage from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, unapproved modifications, natural disasters, fire, flooding and external or reflected heat.

6. Website use

Site text, images, logos and other content belong to Turf Time AZ or its licensors. Personal viewing and printing are allowed; commercial reuse requires prior written consent. Do not use the site unlawfully, transmit harmful content or malware, harvest data without consent, or attempt unauthorized access.

7. Liability and service decisions

The existing terms provide the website and services as-is, limit warranties and liability, and state that services may be refused or terminated for violations, safety, legal or operational reasons. The enforceability and scope of these clauses require review before the domain move.

8. Promotional text messages

If you choose the optional website opt-in, Turf Time AZ may send recurring promotional text messages about its services and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to request an estimate or purchase services.

9. Updates, disputes and contact

The existing terms say revisions may be posted with a new effective date and that Arizona law governs disputes. They also contain an unresolved county placeholder that must be completed before launch.
