We provide turf-related services which may include (but are not limited to): turf installation, turf maintenance, landscaping prep and cleanup, site evaluation, installation of artificial grass, and any related services as detailed in a written project agreement or quote.

 

Each project will have a separate agreement or quote outlining scope, materials, labor, timeline, payment terms, and any warranties or guarantees.

 

 

4. Estimates, Quotes & Payment Terms

 

  • All estimates/quotes provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Actual costs may vary if site conditions differ or if scope changes arise.

  • The final price, payment schedule, deposit requirements (if any), and due dates will be laid out in your project agreement.

  • Payments are due according to the invoice or agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges (e.g., late fees) as specified in the agreement.

  • Notify us of any special site conditions or hazards (underground utilities, sprinklers, irrigation lines, septic systems, etc.).

  • Provide any required permissions (e.g. homeowner’s association approval, neighbor notifications, if applicable).

 

 

6. Warranties & Limitations of Warranty

 

  • Our warranty (if any) on labor/installation workmanship and materials will be as specified in the project agreement.

  • Manufacturer warranties on turf or materials — as provided by the product manufacturer — will be passed through; any claims must follow the manufacturer’s warranty procedures.

  • Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, modifications not performed by us, natural disasters, fire, flooding, acts of God, or external heat/reflective exposure (e.g. heat from windows/structures).

  • You must inspect the installation/site within 30 days of completion. Any claim for defects must be submitted in writing within 30 days of completion. Failure to do so will be considered acceptance.

 

 

7. Use of Website & Intellectual Property

 

  • All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design, and other materials — is owned by Turf Time Az (or its licensors) and protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
