Privacy Policy

Information collected

The existing policy describes information you provide, such as name, contact details, address, project details and photos. It also describes site and device information, including IP address, browser, visited pages, referring URLs and interactions with site tools.

The policy says cookies, pixels and similar tools may support site functions, analytics, marketing and customer support. It also says information may come from advertising, payment, service, CRM and analytics providers.

How information is used

The existing policy lists service delivery, quotes, invoices, project communication, support, site improvement, payment processing and security. Turf Time AZ also sends automated promotional text messages.

Turf Time AZ does not use customer calls, texts or chats to train AI tools.

The policy states that Turf Time AZ does not sell personal information.

Calls, texts and email

The existing policy says contact details may be used for calls, emails, appointment reminders and service updates. Promotional text messages require a separate, optional opt-in on the website estimate form. The form records the opt-in choice, time, disclosure version and source page in the customer record. Text recipients can opt out by replying STOP; message and data rates may apply.

Turf Time AZ does not send promotional emails.

Turf Time AZ does not record customer phone calls.

Payments and sharing

Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. Turf Time AZ does not store customers' full card numbers. The existing policy lists crews, CRM and analytics tools, advertising platforms, communication providers, payment processors and legally required disclosures as possible recipients.

Turf Time AZ does not upload customer contact lists to Google, Facebook or other advertising platforms.

Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Turf Time AZ uses a CRM and messaging provider to process its own customer communications.

Google Analytics

When enabled, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand page visits, coarse traffic sources, scroll depth, link clicks and acknowledged estimate submissions. Automatic video engagement measurement is enabled for supported YouTube embeds; it does not measure our native homepage video. Analytics can use first-party cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. Google receives technical request information such as IP address and browser information.

Our configured analytics events exclude estimate-form names, email addresses, phone numbers, project addresses and message text. We remove raw URL queries and referrer paths and use fixed categories for recognized traffic sources. Free-text campaign names and ad-click identifier values are not included in our configured events.

We do not enable Google Signals, advertising personalization, enhanced conversions or user-ID features. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, our Google Analytics tracker does not load. Analytics and the optional promotional-text choice are separate.

Retention and security

The existing policy says data is retained as needed for operations, legal compliance, customer support, warranties and accounting, with reasonable technical and administrative safeguards. No system is completely secure.

Choices and contact

The existing policy describes requests to access, correct, delete or copy information and to opt out of marketing. It says the site is not intended for children under 13 and that changes to the policy will be posted with an updated effective date.
